The views from my One-Bedroom Villa with Whirlpool and Ocean View took my breath away! I spent my mornings sipping coffee while soaking up the sun from my balcony and the staff made the experience even more special with their warm hospitality. And let's not forget the infinity pool, it was my little slice of paradise, perfect for escaping the heat and enjoying those Caribbean vibes!

Construction noise ruined our quiet stay.

The vacation at Westin Lagunamar was generally enjoyable, with stunning views and a very friendly staff that went above and beyond. However, the dining options were somewhat limited in variety, and prices were on the higher side. Still, the overall experience was lovely, making it a tempting return destination.

Comfortable stay with a few hiccups

The Queen Studio with Balcony and Ocean View provided stunning sunsets, but noise from the nearby sports bar disrupted our mornings. Despite this, the on-site dining options were delightful, especially the fresh seafood by the pool. Request a room away from the bar for a quieter experience.

great spot for exploring local attractions and shopping districts

The hotel is just a few steps from la isla shopping village and almost 2 km from kukulcan plaza, making it super convenient for strolling through the area and checking out local shops and restaurants. the beach view from my queen studio was absolutely stunning, providing a lovely backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploration.

It was just a great match for a couple of nights in Cancun with the best value for money ratio. The infinity pool and well-kept grounds create such a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. Make sure to ask about room views when checking in to avoid any surprises.

The resort features modern villas that are spacious and impeccably clean. The large oceanfront pool provides a perfect spot for relaxation, while the on-site restaurants serve up delicious meals made with fresh ingredients. Easy access to shopping and nightlife enhances the experience, making it a delightful stay for families. However, increased sales pressure for timeshare transactions detracts slightly from the experience.

I loved the excellent pool area. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was friendly. My room had a convenient kitchen for evening meals. Easy access ramps made it suitable for all ages. 🏖️

The Westin offers a fantastic beachfront location in the hotel zone with easy access to nearby restaurants. The spacious One-Bedroom Villa I stayed in was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen that allowed for effortless in-room dining. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly the pool bar team and housekeeping who were attentive and ensured a clean environment throughout my stay.

Check-in process could be more efficient.

The Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa Cancun is beautifully decorated with modern, polished decor and convenient ramps for easy access throughout the property, making it wonderfully accommodating for seniors like myself.

Less emphasis on timeshare sales pressure would help.
